The client approached us to apply their new brand concepts across their physical shopfront, internal walls, digital platforms, marketing collateral as well as uniforms. A strategy was then required to promote their new brand positioning not only within their local area but within community pharmacy as a whole. This would see the client move away from a ‘banner’ group to become true independent.
Minor adjustments were made to the brand concepts so they could be implemented seamlessly, with a more effective brand impact. Within this we created new icons which represented the services that the client provides. To make them effective we ensured that their design was easily transcribable across all necessary mediums and their colour palette created different dimensions.
A written strategy was formulated to launch ‘a new way of healthcare’. Additionally, social media, digital signage and a new website was created and implemented to coincide with the launch.
RESULT: A successful rebrand, new shop fit out and overall repositioning of an independent pharmacy. This was then further emphasised by a successful launch event where both local and federal members of parliament attended as well as long standing customers.
